Kopalink is Kenya's first online credit supermarket whose mission is to change the way people access credit facilities by creating transparency, efficiency and convenience through a single one stop platform that links borrowers to creditors. Kopalink is a product of Sunbridge Online Merchants Limited.

How does Kopalink Work?

Kopalink works by linking borrowers to credible lenders on a single platform that is accessible through our website www.kopalink.co.ke.

When a user applies for a credit facility through Kopalink, the application is sent to our partner financial institutions who have partnered with us. These are credible lenders who have been checked to ensure that they are authentic and registered with the relevant regulatory authorities in the country.

Does Kopalink Offer Loans?

No. Kopalink does not directly offer loans. Kopalink is an introducer whose work is to link borrowers to lenders by providing a single platform that makes borrowing and lending as simple as ABC.

How Do I register on Kopalink?

To register on Kopalink, open our portal through the address www.kopalink.co.ke. The registration is a very simple process.

After registration, you need to confirm your email address by opening the link that is send to you inbox.

I have checked my inbox but cannot find the Kopalink registration email

If you don’t find the Kopalink registration email in your inbox, you may check in your spam or junk fonder. Sometimes email systems send first time emails to spam or junk folders. Please mark the email as “Not Spam” to ensure that future emails from Kopalink are not directed to your spam or junk folder.

Do you charge customers for loan applications?

No. Kopalink does not charge our customers for loan applications. The service is free to all our registered users.

How do I apply for a loan?

To be eligible to apply for a loan, you first of all need to register on our portal www.kopalink.co.ke. It’s only after registering successfully that you may log in and make your loan application. The application process is a simple three step process that is as simple as ABC
